Returns
Every customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the parcel, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases of exceeding the return deadline, please contact us by e-mail at info@chroneo.pl - maybe we will be able to find a satisfactory solution.
Watches
- The returned watch must not show any signs of use and must be in the condition in which the customer received it.
- If the watch had tags or protective films, they cannot be removed from the watch.
- If the watch was accompanied by any additional items (straps, bracelets, service tools, spare parts, cases, instruction manuals, etc.) these must be returned together with the watch in the same condition in which the customer received them.
- The watch must be returned with all original packaging and documents (service booklet, warranty card, certificates of authenticity, purchase receipts) that it had at the time of delivery.
- A returns form must be enclosed with each returned product.
- All watch returns must be sent by insured parcel. We can help you organize the return shipment. Please contact us by email (or contact form) or phone.
- The return of the product is at the seller's expense.
- We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
- We do not collect parcels from parcel lockers or collection points.
